Terms of Service

1. The service

Sleepysaga provides curated bedtime stories for parents to read to children aged roughly 3–11. A subscription gives one household access to the full story library while it remains active.

2. Accounts

Accounts must be created and managed by an adult (18+). You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. One account may be shared within a single household, including siblings.

3. Subscription & billing

• The first 14 nights are free; no card is required to start.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Content

All stories, artwork, and text are owned by or licensed to Sleepysaga and are for personal, family use only. Please don't republish, redistribute, or use them commercially.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, scrape, resell, or misuse the service, and don't try to access other users' accounts or data.

6. Changes & termination

We may update the library, features, or these terms; significant changes will be announced by email. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

Sleepysaga is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
